  2. What is MoMo Card?
    MoMo Card is part of Malaysia 's first ever multi-rewards consumer privilege program. It is unique as it offers you instant rewards as well as exclusive lifestyle privileges. You will be able to collect points upon purchases, as well as be entitled to privilege discounts at MoMo's participating merchants. We hope this loyalty programme will offer you a more enriching experience. At MoMo, customer convenience is our priority, so look out for more attractive and rewarding offers from the MoMo Loyalty Programme.

  3. How do I get a MoMo Card / join MoMo Membership?
    All you need to do is fill up the application form at the nearest MoMo outlets or card event/roadshow to apply for your membership to start enjoying the wonderful experience of being a MoMo member where you may accumulate points when you spend, get privilege discounts and then redeem your ideal gifts at any of our outlets or merchants.

  4. Can I apply for two or more MoMo Cards under one account/name?
    No. Each member is entitled for only ONE MoMo Card.

  5. Where can I use my MoMo Card?
    You may use your MoMo Card to accumulate points and get privilege discounts at any of our nationwide outlets and merchants.

  6. What are the benefits of having MoMo Card?
    You may use your MoMo Card to accumulate points at all our nationwide outlets and merchants and redeem your ideal gifts or products using the points accumulate. With such a wide range of gifts and products to select from, you will be able to redeem the relevant gift items at any of our outlets and participating merchants. No queues and no hassle. You may also redeem you points into MONEY (which is in cheque form) if you unable to find your ideal gifts or products from our menu.

  7. Besides collecting MoMo points, what are the other benefits of this MoMo Card?
    As a MoMo member, you always have the right to enjoy our VIP privileges and benefits. You will be invited to attend every events or functions that organized by MoMo Group and always be the first one to get our latest news or highlights (though email or sms, depends on customer desire).

  8. How long does it take to receive a MoMo Card?
    Simply complete the application form to get your pre-approved card. You can use the card and earn points immediately. However, you are required to activate your MoMo Card onsite ( www.mo2u.biz ) or at our nationwide outlets MoMo Card Customer Service Counter to enjoy future features.

  9. What should I do if my MoMo Member Card is lost or stolen?
    Please notify us immediately at the nearest MoMo outlets or participating merchant partners Customer Service Counter or contact us at (603) 8075 3881 to prevent unauthorized usage of your membership points, followed by confirmation in writing within seven days. Until such notification is received, the member shall remain liable for all charges incurred on the MoMo Card irregardless whether the authorization is from the member. A processing fee or certain amount of MoMo Points will be levied for each card replaced.

  10. What is the validity of my MoMo Member Card?
    Your membership card validity is 1 year from date issued, subject to the policy set by the card issuer. Renewal fee will also vary according to card issuers and can be paid via cash or credit card.

  11. What should I do to renew my MoMo Member Card?
    Just approach any MoMo outlets Customer Service Counter for a hassle-free membership renewal.

  12. What are MoMo points?
    MoMo Points are collected every time MoMo Card holders purchase goods/ services from any MoMo outlets and participating merchant. Points will be awarded based on the shopper's spending pattern and in accordance to the rules and regulations.

  13. How to accumulate points for my MoMo Member Card?
    Simply present your MoMo Card upon spending at MoMo outlets , eMall and participating merchant outlets to earn valuable membership points.

  14. Will I get my MoMo points immediately after making my purchases?
    In most cases, your MoMo Card Points will be accorded to you immediately or by end of the day. However, there are times when the points will have to be manually accorded, which will be registered within 30 working days.

  15. How do I know how many MoMo points I have collected?
    You can log on to www.mo2u.biz for online points enquiry. Alternatively, you can check your Points balance via real-time updates at designated Info Kiosks or transactions receipts upon spending at MoMo outlets and participating merchant outlets.

  16. Is there a qualifying period?
    No. As soon as you have a MoMo Card, you can begin collecting Points. Purchases made prior to receiving the Card, generally, do not contribute Points.

  17. Can I still collect MoMo points if I didn't bring my MoMo Card?
    No, your MoMo Card must be presented during purchase.

  18. Is my MoMo Member Card transferable?
    No. Your card is not transferable as the benefits and privileges are exclusively for your sole enjoyment.

  19. Can my MoMo points be converted to cash?
    No. Your points cannot be converted to cash.

  20. How do I redeem or utilize my MoMo points?
    The MoMo Points accumulated through your spending can be redeemed though our Redemption website ( www.mo2u.biz/redemption ) or at any of our MoMo outlets and participating merchants outlets. You may select the nearest MoMo outlets or participating merchants outlets to collect the gifts or products that you redeemed online.

  21. What can I redeem using my MoMo points?
    The MoMo Points accumulated through your spending can be used to redeem for wide range of gifts and products at any of our MoMo outlets and participating merchants outlets. You may also redeem you MoMo Points into money (in Cheque form). Click here for more details.

  22. Does my MoMo point have any expiry date?
    No. There is no expiry date for any MoMo Points you have collected.

  23. How to change/update my personal and contact details?
    Please keep us updated on any changes to your personal particulars (address or telephone number) by dropping by our MoMo outlets or participating merchants outlets or writing to us at the address stated at back cover. Alternatively, you can call our membership enquiries hotline and our membership service personnel will be glad to assist you.

  24. Can I view my transaction online?
    Yes. You will need to register your email address on the registration form at any MoMo outlets or participating merchants outlets. An email notification will be sent to the registered address and you will be able to view your transaction online.

  25. What if my transaction is blocked during purchases, and, or redemption?
    Please contact our Customer Service Hotline at (603) 8075 3881 to re-activate your card or email us via customerservice@mo2u.biz or ask any of MoMo outlets and participating merchants outlets staff for assistance.
